Consultancy

• One to one support for Black workers either in supporting them to develop further in their career or support them in dealing with discrimination.
  
  
• One to one support for Managers who may have a difficulty in managing discriminatory practice from an individual or from the team
  
  
• As a trained investigator, taking responsibility in investigating a formal (or informal) complaint of harassment or bullying at work
  
  
• Consultancy input to organisations who wish to develop their strategic long term view on the whole concept of diversity. This does include facilitating in Senior Management meetings, writing reports, updating policies and ensuring that the organisational ethos does include diversity issues into all aspects.
