Dignity at Work

One-day interactive workshop exploring the benefits of valuing individuals and maintaining respect and dignity. The session will consider: 

  • what is bullying and harassment in the work place?
  • the concept of “intention of behaviour” versus impact
  • appropriate behaviour, attitude and language

Team based training on diversity issues (can be tailored to individual requirements)

Conducted over 6 sessions, lasting 2 hours each, every two weeks, so enabling staff members to consider any issues they wish to raise between sessions and offering the opportunity to embed lessons into practice

Personal and Professional Development

Team or One to One Coaching

In each meeting, the staff members choose the focus of discussion, whilst the coach listens, contributes and challenges by asking questions and sharing observations.  This interaction via the coaching process provides greater focus and awareness of choices, enabling the client to move best practice into workplace action. 

Group Work Skills

Two day programme An opportunity to explore in detail how groups work and how to make them more effective.  Within this frame, to understand the concepts of team dynamics, theories and processes and how to use them when managing groups.  Learning how to manage task, relationship and context within a group work setting.

One, two or three-day programme – themes include:
