The interview is the most stressful part during any job application, whether you are looking for a promotion (within your organisation) or thinking about moving to another company. The interview is a face to face contract with an employer and a potential job applicant. Attending an interview is about preparation, being in control and having the confidence - impressing the employer enough that they will want to make you an offer 

The course will include:

• Ten golden rules of interviewing well
• Through building rapport, how to create a good first impression
• Answering and asking questions with confidence
• Developing effective listening skills
• Use of correct body language, posture and eye contact
• Learn techniques on how to deal with 'difficult' interview situations
• Dealing with internal (negative) dialogue

There will be a number of opportunities over the two day programme to rehearse and practice 'real' interview situations. Some sessions will be recorded to allow for feedback .
