Definition of Coach
Professional coaches are trained to listen and observe, to customize their approach to the individual client's needs, and to elicit solutions and strategies from the client. They believe that the client is naturally creative and resourceful and that the coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has. While the coach provides feedback and an objective perspective, the client is responsible for taking the steps to produce the results he or she desires

Coaching Testimonials
"Through the one to one coaching with Sneha, I was able to look at my personal situation objectively and make plans for my future development and career plans. It helped that Sneha understood barriers that I faced as an Asian woman and also as a person with care responsibilities. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that benefited me greatly." Amarjeet Kaur

I had several sessions with Sneha during which I was able to discuss race awareness and my own feelings and attitudes to other ethnic groups. This enabled me to clarify my thoughts and feelings in a detached and honest way which was refreshing and helpful. Sneha guided me through this process with great skill and sensitivity.
Anthony Fisher - Chairman, Fisher Research Ltd.

" Sneha's positive and understanding approach has challenged me to recognise, question and examine my values and assumptions in a safe environment. " "Sneha has really been a magical change agent in my life and her words echo through my thoughts and actions."
C Thompson - Manager - Social Work Team

Sneha has coached me through a very special experience of one intake and six sessions. I got what I wanted: understanding, encouragement and "the right question, at the right time, in the right tone." She has excellent listening and summarizing skills. Whatever she phrased, I could hear back my own words. She held up mirrors for me. I learned a lot! Her cultural sensitivity has been very helpful. I enjoyed her positive, gentle and firm approach. We were engaged in a perfect match of honesty and partnership. Highly recommended as a coach!
